1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the k1777 platform, including visitors who browse without registering. Your continued use of k1777's services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated version of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

k1777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any section of these Terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or a prominently displayed in-platform notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of k1777 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration

To access k1777's full range of gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain only one (1) active account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. k1777 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.

• Not use a shared device or shared internet connection in a way that allows others to access your account.

k1777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (CNIC copy, utility bill, bank statement) to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Age Verification — 21+ Only

k1777 strictly serves players aged 21 and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. k1777 employs active age-verification procedures and may request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification at any time.

If it is discovered that an underage individual has registered and used the platform, k1777 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and winnings, and return deposited funds (minus any bonuses claimed) to the payment method on file. Any person found to have knowingly facilitated underage gambling may be reported to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Payments

k1777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold which is displayed at the time of transaction on the cashier page.

• Deposits are generally credited to your k1777 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• k1777 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• k1777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide proof may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being restricted.
• Deposits made in error or duplicate deposits must be reported to customer support within 24 hours. k1777 will investigate and resolve such cases at its discretion.

k1777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All large or suspicious transactions are flagged and reviewed. We reserve the right to delay, hold, or refuse any deposit that raises compliance concerns.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are available in PKR only. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before any withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section at the time of request.
• Standard processing time is 2–4 business hours for most Pakistani payment methods. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• k1777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is declined due to a failed verification check, the funds will be returned to your k1777 account balance and you will be notified by email.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

k1777 regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players across Pakistan. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x) that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: k1777 monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value. Accounts found engaging in such activity will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players in eligible regions only. k1777 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

k1777 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on k1777 — whether on cricket, PSL matches, table tennis, sports, slots, or live casino — are subject to the specific rules of that market or game. General betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by k1777's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform specifically offers a "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature for that market.
• k1777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded, where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors or technical faults affecting odds, k1777 reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct market price.
• All slot and casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of player preference.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant game or market rules. k1777 will not be liable for any amount exceeding these limits.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k1777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using proceeds of illegal activity (money laundering) through deposits, betting, and withdrawals on k1777.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or aliases, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing your account login with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players through any means.
• Any conduct that k1777, in its reasonable judgement, considers harmful to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the k1777 platform — including but not limited to the k1777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of k1777 or its licensed partners. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any k1777 content without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of k1777's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law. k1777 actively monitors for infringement and will pursue legal remedies where necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service, technical failures, or maintenance periods — planned or unplanned.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessible through or referenced by the k1777 platform.

k1777's total aggregate liability to any user, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

k1777 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, k1777 uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, personalise your experience, comply with legal obligations (including AML and KYC regulations), and — where you have opted in — to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting support.

12 Amendments to These Terms

k1777 may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform alerts. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of k1777 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account. You may do so by contacting k1777 support. Any bets or transactions already placed prior to account closure will be processed according to the Terms in force at the time they were initiated.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k1777 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to first contact k1777 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Most concerns raised by our Pakistani players — whether related to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or elsewhere — are resolved within 24–48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
